IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bobby Allen
Hyde
March 20, 1951 – February 14, 2026
Bobby Allen Hyde, age 74, passed away on February 14, 2026. Bobby was a man with the biggest heart and the warmest smile. If you were lucky enough to know him, you know that his kindness and generosity came naturally. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.
His laughter was contagious, and being around him meant you were going to leave smiling. He found joy in the simple things in life and made ordinary days feel brighter.
To his grandchildren, he was "PawPaw Bobby" — a title he wore with pride. Being a Pawpaw was one of his greatest joys, and he loved his grandchildren deeply. He was a proud Pawpaw.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Blanche Hyde; his brother, James Hyde; his sisters, Betty Silvers and Clara Bell; his late wife, Barbara Wilson Hyde; his daughter, Holli Nix; and his great-granddaughter, Lainee Ivey.
He is survived by his wife, Ginger Crutcher Hyde; his daughters, Melissa (Michael) Cochran, Heather (Chris) Garland, and Grace Crutcher; his brother, Gene Hyde; his sister, Nancy Hall; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren on the way.
He was a collector of many things, always finding value in items others might overlook. He enjoyed gathering pieces of life's stories and often had a story of his own to go along with each one — a story that would surely make you smile.
His big heart, joyful spirit, and the sound of his laughter will live on in the lives he touched and in the memories we will cherish forever.
