Jackson Lamar King, 73, of Chatsworth, GA, passed away on October 21, 2026. Mr. King was born in Dalton, GA, on July 7, 1953, and was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Albert and Geraldine England King. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Wanda "Sue" King, and his brothers, Terry King and Ralph King.

Mr. King is survived by his son, Tony Winter, and daughter, Bonnie Winter; special daughter, Mandy Ponders; grandchildren, Ava Winter and Madison Winter; step-brother, Ronald King; sisters-in-law, Linda King and Laura King; nephews and nieces, Marshall King, Ralph King, Bruce King, Bobby King, Ryan King, Carrie Cordell, Aundrea Dayam, Veronica Waldon, and Charlotte Brown; plus other family members and a host of friends too numerous to list.
