Sherman Lee Crabtree, born April 6, 1961, passed away peacefully at his home on March 4, 2026, leaving behind a life of love for his children, the outdoors, and helping others.

Sherman was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Robert and Leta Crabtree; brothers, Gerald Crabtree and Anthony Crabtree; and sister, Sue Goodman. He is survived by his brother, Ronnie Crabtree; sisters, Anna Yingst and Betty Goodman; and his three cherished children, daughter, Janet Crabtree and son in law Matthew Owens, sons, Jordan Crabtree and Luke Crabtree; and grandchildren, Matthew and Daisy Owens, who he loved dearly and unconditionally. He had an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Sherman made friends very easily and once you were his friend, you were always his friend. He had a great sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around him. His laughter echoed through the yard, turning a simple gathering into a symphony of smiles. Sherman loved fishing and gardening and had a deep appreciation for the old muscle cars.

Sherman will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the happiness he spread.
